  • All sales are final. We do not allow refunds, returns, or cancellations on all boards orders. Just like all board sports, your board will last much longer if you take care of it. I have snapped many snowboards and skateboards in less than a year because I ride very hard. Some of my pro riders take very good care of their boards and they last for years. Other team rides are very hard on their boards and need them replaced once a year. If there is a mistake on an order, just let us know and we will work with you to make it right. If you order online and then email us with a change, we will do our best but the change is not guaranteed. Some changes get lost in 100s of emails I get a week. Reminders of changes are the best way to make them happen.

  • We are about 30 days out on all board build at this time. Shipping time varies depending on citys and countries. Most USA  shipping times are about 4-5 days. For international orders it takes about 6-10.  Email us about rush orders
